Our Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

Returns must meet certain conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label to affix to your package, along with instructions on shipping method and destination. We cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items under $13, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return your items within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
